  New Double Tax Treaty (DTT) between Germany and Turkey - DTT Text

  Dear All,
  
  In 2010 the governments of Germany and Turkey agreed on a new Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTT) which shall set into force retroactively on 1 January 2011. Up to know the DTT has been initialled but not signed yet.
  Due to unknown reasons the text of the new DTT is not available from public sources (nor in a draft version).
  
  My question is if anybody of you has a draft version of this new DTT and if yes, would you please be so kind to provide me with a copy of it or a link where I can find one.
