  Prof Alfred Ongcapin of DHS' ICE analyzing the issues of USA and Her five overseas Territories immigration integrated with the overlapping issues of tax planning for high net wealth individuals, families, executives, and other highly compensated individuals as well as exiting the USA compliance
  
  Prof. Marshall Langer (the renown author of Rhoades & Langer and Langer on International Tax Planning) will address tax planning amongst the US states and Her overseas territories for such immigrants and short term executives/workers, and contrast the total calculation of all taxes and cost of living amongst the USA, Her Territories, and alternative jurisdictions. He will also address dual nationals, and obtaining non-USA nationalities.
