  I am having over 17 years of marketing experience, specifically in marketing of the BPO industry, covering a broad background in product development, sales management, marketing and CRM services strategy for international markets. Also, extensive experience creating short and long-term sales plans involving strategic account penetration in the US Hispanic market.
