  SWORN-IN CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT FROM ISTANBUL!

  I was born in 1968 in Konya which is the fourth city in Turkey. I was graduated from Konya Anatolian High School in 1986 which is the most popular school in Turkey because of its outstanding educational system based on English language. At the same year, I won the General University Exam and deserved to attend in Political Sciences Faculty of Ankara University. I was graduated in Political Science Faculty in 1990 September and I completed my military service in 1992.
  
  I attended to Finance Ministry in May 1993 by the way of being successful in a special contest exam for the Revenue Controller occupation. In 1995, I got the authority of being able to make independent supervision in 1995 and I took my proficiency exam in 1996 for the government, so that I deserved to be Revenue Controller. After that procedure, I was assigned to work in İstanbul as a Revenue Controller and I got promotion in 2003 by being Chief Revenue Controller in Finance Ministry. Our main work was controlling the companies and businessmen about their tax obligations and duties, additionally we could inspect and supervise the tax offices ruled by government.
  
  In October, 2008 I resigned from Finance Ministry and began to work as an
  Independent Sworn-In Certified Public Accountant. Nowadays, I am working especially in İstanbul and I have several companies that I have to audit, inspect and report for their tax problems and necessities. I am a member of the Chamber Of Sworn-In Certified Public Accountants of İstanbul. There is a wide range of opportunities for my professional services in Turkey for foreign capital so I try to asist the procedure especially about investment incentives, international tax agreements, building new companies for foreigners and due dilligence operations etc.
  
  I wrote nine books about occupational subjects especially taxation, finance, electronic trade,etc. and more than 400 articles which were published since 1997. I know fluent English and also I can read and understand German and French a little bit. I hope so that in the beginning of the 2011, I ‘ll begin to learn Russian and Spanish.
