  Security in Japan is weak. Why ?

  Most of places in Japan will be not safe. I know a lot about the security on CBRN or others because of my job.　If the the people like terrorists will set up the explosive ordnance somewhere, everyone fall prey to terrorists. Why do not Japanese or the government think about these issues ?
  
  
  I work at the investigation system company for CBRN.
  
  We develops government regulated advanced technologies used in threat detection equipment to detect and identify constantly evolving chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) materials, contraband and dangerous or illegal materials.
