This group is for those who work with Javascript as a programming language and those who leverage Javascript for their business or profession - or plan to do so in the future. An information exchange and contact point for current and future Javascript stakeholders.

Javascript is *the* universal scripting language - a corner stone of client-side web development and gaining popularity as a server-side language, but also an established embedded scripting environment for many other applications.

This group wants to encourage new, innovative ways of building IT solutions using Javascript. It wants to bring all those people together, who can provide knowhow or technology in this field, both for web applications and beyond, or are in search of the same.
