    Introduction:
    We shall take the “onsite” social and entertainment environment of any nightclub “offsite and online via any web enabled Pc/Mac or Mobile Device. The CWN (Clubs Wired Network) will create a global nightclub social network that includes “financial benefits” for all its members and member groups (Patrons, Advertisers, Nightclub Owners, Sponsors, Artists, Fashion Designers, etc.).

    Our Business:
    Our mission is, simply to create the quintessential tools and services for all of the CWN Member Groups. These unique tools and services have been developed and integrated onto a very robust interactive communication platform. The CWN enables “onsite” nightclub patrons to collaborate with a new group of “offsite” nightclub patrons as never before. Utilizing technologies and social media of the 21st century we have also created a new method of producing additional “spendable income” for all members and member groups. The CWN platform integrates social and entertainment assets of nightclubs to generate “passive income” for all members. Utilizing these assets we can generate several new revenue streams for our CWN member groups. We create synergy between the member groups as to unite each group to a common cause and for a common reward (increase income).
    The CWN offers a more engaging offsite experience then was made previously possible in the nightclub business. We shall also use this new interactivity and social community to launch the careers of performing Unreleased Artists and Fashion Designers within the CWN community. We utilize the digital market, Internet e-commerce market, "live" performance (VOD/PPV) market and the recorded product market (Audio/Video) as additional enhancements of purpose of the CWN.
    The CWN offers its assets (Entertainment, Productions, Artists, Fashion Designers, Distribution, Consumers, etc) to Advertisers and Brand Companies as a planned ROI (return-on-investment) opportunity. Such assets can be branded as separate commercial entities, while enjoying the umbrella security, strategic relationships, beneficial knowledge and proficient talent within the network.
    The CWN is a closed-loop community, whereby most revenue that is generated by a CWN member can only be spent within the community (Nightclubs, Vendors, Retail Merchant, Sponsors and CWN Entrepreneurs)) on community assets. This limited use or restriction creates a guaranteed consumer-base for all retail member groups. The vast amount of spendable income available from members is enough to propel substantially the sales of all CWN member’s goods and services.

    Business Summary
    Nightclub’s social communities are not communities that we have to actual build from scratch, they already exist.
    1) We simply invest in them from the perspective of their strengths (social and entertainment values).
    2) We inherit none of the physical cost in their construction or their usual monthly expenditures (limited-overhead).
    3) Nightclubs are constructed and designed geographically and demographically for socializing and entertaining like-minded individuals or groups (demographical markets).
    4) Nightclubs have a vast array of people that fit our major criteria for our offsite viewership (exciting, entertaining and sexy) to attract and sustain new memberships.
    5) They can provide an endless amount of all types of content, including but not limited to “live broadcasts” of performing artists for our global online audience. Nightclubs that qualify to be on the CWN can strengthen their brand name and reduce such cost as customer service, advertisement and promotions. They will be able to not only retain their customer-base, but increase it nightly far beyond its physical walls. Nightclubs in the CWN will surely increase market differentiation as the CWN drive traffic to their own online content by expanding their customer-base virally within the CWN global community. They can increase customer loyalty by now being able to offer and upsell their own products and services, as well as, the goods and services of other CWN member groups. We shall offer Chat, texting and real-time mobile communication between a nightclub’s “onsite” members and the CWN global “offsite” members. The CWN shall offer many unique services such as being able to extend a member’s presence far beyond geographical restrictions (you may be in Spain and viewing a person in the U.S. and then buy them a drink as you are speaking to them, just as you would if you were physically there, now multiply this experience in several nightclubs on any given day).

    Products/Services
    The CWN primary product or service is real-time communication between “onsite” and “offsite” members. We have developed several communication tools and services that create and enable a shared revenue-stream between member groups. Our next focus is our entertainment assets such as VOD (Video-On-Demand) and PPV (Pay-Per-View).Many other assets includes Unreleased Artists and Fashion designers goods and services. We utilize these assets in a way to generate addition income for all members to use as “spendable income” within the CWN. The CWN has incorporated within it structure a proprietary debit-card that will be accepted by all its participating Advertisers, Vendors, Sponsors and Merchants. Member’s deposits are access via their CWN debit-card for most transactions. Members earnings deposited into the CWN repository is projected to rival most financial institution assets.

    Competitive Advantages /Risks
    The CWN can achieve for anyone a real-time presence within any participating nightclub worldwide. The CWN delivers access to people, entertainment and the nightclub’s ambiance on a single platform. The CWN delivers its services directly to you in your home or wherever you have internet access in Hi-Res/Hi-Def. The CWN will not only generate new and exciting content via PPV/VOD performances, but develop one of the largest repositories of Hi-Def full length “live performances” of Unreleased Artists in the world. The CWN shall offer nightclubs and promoters “live” performances by its Unreleased Artists as a “No-Performance-Fee” service. We shall assist all of our CWN members in generating “passive income” to pay for content on the network. We are integrating products and services built around the nightclub environment from fashion to music and from dating to shopping, it’s all inclusive. We minimize risks by not only assisting our members in generating their spendable income, but also by limiting its usability to the CWN and its service providers. We have to tackle privacy issues on a case by case basis, nightclub by nightclub. We are confident with our approach to “live” broadcasting of nightclubs patrons that there will be little or no major incidences of privacy intrusions. The startup cost per nightclub can be an issue with some venues, but we have created (5) alternatives for this expense.
