Research Proposal: An Application of Six Sigma
Topic: Exploring the New Idea to Manage the Cost and the Time of Geotechnical Investigation Projects

Referring to my previous article of “Application of Six Sigma to Improve Process in Construction Projects” on link “http://emfps.blogspot.com/2011/08/application-of-six-sigma-t... let me bring you another example in the case of Research proposal as application of Six Sigma. I think we will be able to match this research into framework of Six Sigma where we have DMAIC as follows:

-Define phase
-Measure phase
-Analysis phase
-Improve phase
-Control phase

The core methodology of this research has been concentrated on the combination of ASTM-D1586 (American Standard) and Din 4094 (Germany Standard).
