  Dissolution of parliament in Kiev

  Yestarday Yuschenko dismissed the Ukrainian parliament. There are rumours that party of Yanukovitsch paid for each parliament member 3-5 mio $ to change to Party of Regions.
  
  Can somebody tell how is the situation in Kiev, at the moment?
