goodbye EURO 2012? - Ukraine again bungles pole position?
The present discussion about financial and organisational risks on prearrangement of EURO 2012 in Ukraine accents once more the inability and unwillingly of legislative and administration to present the country in a more professional and likeable attitude to a wider international audience.

After continued gas crisis, almost state bankruptcy, and lots of other mostly downbeating headlines in international media can we expect the next lesson in "How Ukraine intends to gain on worlds leading nations?".

Anybody there with more optimistic approach?
