People cannot convert within 1 year from being brought up as communists being democratic.
Democarcy is a life time development and we should do all to assist .
It's not possible to become democratic just by reading books.
You need to train democracy like to learn writing. it takes you many years to become a professional.
Democracy means also to criticise and to be critisied.
