    Ciklum is offering you an opportunity to hold a significant role in a highly successful software business. We are the leading outsourcing company of Danish origin that specializes in the nearshore outsourcing services. Due to business expansion we are currently seeking to recruit a driven, self motivated, native German/Swiss German speaking Presales IT consultant, who is willing to relocate to Ukraine.
    You will be a part of Ciklum’s Services & Consultancy department, participating as a critical part in the sales cycle executing tasks such as needs and requirement-analysis, presentations and technical discussions. You will develop and maintain relationships with key individuals within the customer accounts and become a trusted adviser to these individuals.
    The role involves:
    • Supporting Ciklums sales cycle by working closely with the sales team engaging with customers and prospects to build business cases and technical solutions according to the customer’s requirements and needs
    • Involvement at all stages of the Ciklum sales cycle including but not limited to the following: understanding customer requirements and issues, communicating these requirements back to the relevant business teams, building solutions and communicating effectively to demonstrate a technical and organisational ability to deliver
    • Assisting customers in resolving and designing IT processes and provide support on technical challenges (in the sales process)
    • Building consensus and selling technical concepts to new and existing customers
    Requirements:
    • Educational background in IT related discipline
    • Excellent business understanding and communication skills
    • At least 3 years experience as IT project manager/account manager an experience in filling the role as presales consultant within the technology environment
    • Good understanding of German/Swiss business culture
    • An ability to priorities own workload; work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment, work to strict deadlines and effectively manage time
    • A professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Experience of working with a solutions based methodology/ approach
    • Fluent English (writing and oral)
    • Willingness to relocate to the buzzing town of Kiev in Ukraine
