Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we are searching for a new Regional Director for our Ukraine operation.
We are a German company dedicated to supporting automotive manufacturers, importers and their retail markets with a regional office in Kiev. Were are specialized in the automotive business and provide training, consultancy and IT online solutions for dealer networks. We are looking for a Regional Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible managing the regional office including financial and personel issues, marketing activities, sales performance and product delivery in the Ukraine and other CIS countries and will report directly ti the parent company in Germany.
Obligatory requirements:
o a Ukrain cititizen (m/f)
o age 30 - 40
o living in Kiev
o advanced education
o previous automotive experience in an automoitve importer organization
o excellent qualities of leadership
o excellent communicative skills
o highly self motivated
o creative thinking
o excellent organizational ability
o ability to lead a small team while being an effective team member
o ability to further develope through continous learning
o good knowlede on Microsoft products
o hold a valid driving license and willing to travel
o fluent English language (reading and writing) is essential
o German language skills would be an added advantage
