Creativity and innovation are both demands and core competences of any kind of evolution and change, thus they come along as valuable ressources. Also they are an inherent natural potential of individuals, companies, organizations and communities. Having noticed that, the European Union declared the year 2009 as the EYCI - or: The European Year of Creativity and Innovation.

The motto and hallmark for this year shall be: Imagine * Create * Innovate
