Groupe: Language and Translation

Dear members,

My name is Jane Riester. I'm English and live with my family in Tübingen.

After working for several years for translation companies in Stuttgart and Böblingen, I left work to have my two children and then began working freelance as a translator. Recently, I've also been doing a lot of proof-reading which I also enjoy very much.

As light relief from the lonely hours spent in front of the computer at home ;-) , I also teach business English in companies.

I would love to hear from other members of the group and perhaps even meet some who live in the area.

Hi Jane,

I've just become a new member of this group and I read your message.
It's funny: I was born and grew up in Esslingen. That's quite near to Tuebingen!
I live in Italy, but I still have my family there and at least once a year I visit them. Perhaps we can keep in touch and meet some time!
