questo sarà il punto d'incontro tra domanda e offerta per chi ha intenzione di lavorare fuori dall'italia.Scambio di idee piuttosto che tanto recruiting di qualità fatto da esperti del settore.L'obbiettivo principale deve essere la "soddisfazione nonchè l'allocazione delle risorse".Per raggiungere questo traguardo il rapporto candidato e HH deve essere basato su continui feedback derivanti da approfonditi colloqui oltre alla creazione di un processo empatico atto a fidelizzare la risorsa.Chissa che ,cosi facendo non ci accorgeremo delle differenze tra HH italiano e HH straniero.
