We feel that it is ony fair that participating members in this group should feel they are among others who also share their experience and ideas and we would like to keep the environment of sharing actively. You can discuss and share information around all the different aspects of being a leader. Therefore this is a unique platform to managers and executives who face so many different challenges - implementing strategic initiatives, strengthening relationships with key constituencies and stakeholders, meeting the demands of dynamic and changing markets, while still delivering ever higher results. Everybody who is a leader is welcome to discuss experiences in our forums. The exchange of experiences, best practices and ideas allows us all to gain knowledge and improve our leadership performance. This group is made up of all kind of different managers, directors, Vice Presidents and CxOs.
