    Hello,
    The latest feature article on the “ideas” page is on Innovation. Dr. Angelika Kolb-Telieps, K-T Innovation, of Ludenscheid, German, has written on the need and opporunity for innovation within corporations during difficult business times. The article is titled: “Innovate to Come Through the Crisis”. Innovation is a major intellectual and business discussion topic as world markets change, with the globalization of technology use and development, and as local and global economic conditions behave erractically.

Dr. Angelika Kolb-Telieps von K-T Innovation aus Luedenscheid, Deutschland, hat über Notwendigkeiten und Chancen für Innovationen in schwierigen Geschaeftszeiten geschrieben. Der Titel des Artikels ist “Die Krise mit Innovationen ueberstehen”. Innovation ist eines der wesentlichen intellektuellen und geschaeftlichen Diskussionsthemen, weil sich die Weltmaerkte mit der Globalisierung technologischer Anwendungen und Entwicklungen veraendern und weil sowohl die lokalen und als auch die globalen Verhaeltnisse unberechenbar geworden sind.

    Shouldn’t Leadership and innovation go hand in hand? The whole paradox is that in the moment of crises, it becomes extremely apparent, which organizations are let by leaders and which by managers. Said this both entities are needed but right now innovation and realignment of company strategy is imperative for many organisations to survive the current market situation.
