    About me!
    Hello everybody!!!

    I forgot to introduce myself in the "Introduction” section of the forum! So I have to remedy this “défaillance”, so here I am:

    My name is Claudio. I am really interested in topic such as personal and professional development.

    This lead me to work in the field of international mentoring, and to join the project of biz4d (http://www.biz4d.com).

    The project has a twofold intent:

    Help young people from all over the world to find a mentor internationally to help them achieving their goals.

    Encourage people who are willing to share their experience and knowledge to join as mentors and help set young professionals to their way to success.

    By supporting another person's personal and professional development, mentors can improve their communication and leadership skills: the essence of a team leader's skills.

    Should this sound interesting and challenging for you I will be happy to go more in detail and answer all your questions.
