  For more than 130 years, my client has been dedicated to meeting the health care needs of people around the world. They address these needs primarily by developing innovative medicines—investing a higher percentage of their sales in research and development than any other major pharmaceutical company.
  My client has established in Vernier / Geneva one of the most innovative clinical service platforms for 25 European countries, providing a round the clock medical assistance to its European clients (Hospitals, Doctors). In order to face increasing requests and strengthen a state of the art service, the Clinical Service Center Department is looking for a
  
  Multilingual Clinical Service Coordinator
  GERMAN MOTHER TONGUE
  
  The Challenges
  As a member of a multicultural and dynamic team, your task will be to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, responding to European Health Care Professionals in a fast changing environment. You will be in charge of answering medical information requests and handling medical emergency calls, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
  
  You
  You are a pharmacist or have a scientific or paramedical background. You are service oriented and have a flexible attitude to on-duty nights and weekends. You adapt easily to new tasks. Thanks to your strong organizational and communication skills you can manage priorities in an efficient way whilst working to tight deadlines. You already have 3-5 years of professional experience ideally in the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector. You will be required to familiarize yourself with critical care subjects such as Interventional Cardiology, Severe Sepsis and other disease areas.
  Your mother tongue is German and you are fluent in English and one of the following languages French, Italian or Spanish. Other languages would be a strong asset.
  This position is full time. After 1 year, part time up to 80% is an option.
