  EUROPE: WE ARE SEEKING INDEPENDENT SENIOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS AS ASSOCIATE PARTNERS WITH POTENTIAL FOR PRINCIPALS

  IMC International is an international consulting firm based in Switzerland which works in the fields of Executive Search, Human Capital Management, M&A, Interim Management, M&A, Management Consultancy. We have offices in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Congo DRC, Dubai, Finland, Ghana, Germany, India, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Perú, Romania, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom. Our business model supports our customers by providing solutions in the management of the four P's: People, Processes, Performance and Products.
  
  For our further expansion in THE EUROPEAN UNION we are looking for self-employed/freelancers and market-oriented management consultants to join us as:
  
  ASSOCIATE PARTNERS

  In the case of successful medium-term cooperation, we offer interesting prospects with attractive earnings and development opportunities (Partner, Principal, Managing Partner). In contrast to other partner-models, we are much more interested in your experience, your motivation and personality, than in your investment.
  
  Your profile:
  You will have at least 10 years of professional experience and are self-employed. You already have gained experience in the current situation where even small companies and SMEs are working at a global level, expectations on consultancy have become more complex and you alone, as an individual consultant, may not have the necessary impact. You want to put that isolation behind you and look for synergies through increased visibility, joint market cultivation and the support of a successful partner network. You are looking for new opportunities and are open to new paths; you are willing to contribute with your personality and experience.
  You are an entrepreneur, manager, a leader with passion and courage, open, ethical, targeted and structured. You have sales talent, enjoy working with people, have a passion for consulting and a broad network of relationships at decision-maker level. Other characteristics of your personality include the ability to work in a team and to take the initiative, a positive attitude and a good appearance. Qualified education (MBA, university, technical college). Besides your mother tongue and fluency in another language (e.g. English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Russian) would complete your profile.
