  Experienced Operational leader at the plant level needed

  One of our premier clients, has continued to grow their business throughout Europe and is actively searching for more Senior Consultants. The Senior Consultant position can be managed from a home office. You can live anywhere in Europe to have this job. More details appear below.
  
  Our client has become the largest and fastest growing Lean-focused consulting company in the world by holding ourselves accountable for helping our clients achieve lasting, measurable results and a culture of never-ending improvement. We are actively recruiting for additional Senior Consultants to support business growth in 2010. Some highlights of the position follow:
  
  • Senior Consultants work from virtual home offices. The position does not require relocation.
  • Senior Consultants choose a work schedule of two or three weeks per month with at least one full week off a month. Pay scale remains in line with what you are earning today as a plant executive.
  • You are the teacher and coach mentoring the client on how to implement the change. However, you don’t have the day-to-day demands that come with the plant operations job 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
  • The company supports continual learning and development of all Senior Consultants. Exposure to the best in industry today comes with the job. Many of the current employees are from companies that were pioneers of the Lean/CI movements. Some have been Shingo Prize winners.
  • The position offers diversity of experience within markets. They have clients in healthcare, commercial industry, and public/military.
  • The company has been on a continual growth path since their inception in 1996 with no downsizing efforts to date.
  
  The requirements to be a Senior Consultant are the following:
  • Operations Leader/General Manager at the plant or focus factory level with experience in TPS/Lean conversions.
  • Direct P&L experience with 75+ reports while driving a Lean transformation.
  • Leader on Kaizen or Rapid Improvement Events.
