5S + 1 in a hospital
Hello,

Paul Levy, CEO of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Boston,
has posted the following lately at his blog "Running a Hospital":

Sounds pretty much like Toyota and beyond even due to the fact that
we are "just" seeing a hospital.

What is hindering companies and other organizations to publish such
activities (even insight their own organization!)?

Is it all about "blaming" and being "blamed"?

We can make the change and BIDMC is showing is showing how to
quite openly and is running well with that attitude.
