  The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (an acedemic medical center strongly connected with Harvard Medical School) itself is offering information on how their processes are doing:

  As for most of us would be impossible he gives transparency on KPIs that represent the quality inside the hospital processes (a great idea!). As the processes improve this can be seen by public, sponsors and patients (as well as changes over time).
