Systems view on public health policy improvement
Hello,

due to rising interest in the field here is an interesting 2-hour (!) webcast done by John Sterman, MIT Sloan Management School, last spring on:

Systems Methodologies for Solving Real-World Problems: Applications in Public Health

He gives a fine overview what the actual assumptions and mental models lead to certain policies and interventions in a system (such as Lean Initiatives) and what could be the results of that (in our case: failure of Lean Initiatives:-()).
