  Going to a conference we are often bored to death;-(

  That is pretty much what lean is not about. Even at so-called
  lean conferences this can and will happen?
  
  How do you tackle that?
  
  My strategy in the past -in the future- was to go with the flow
  (sounds theoretical, I know as most of you don't see me in
  action;-)), open mind, change seats and perspectives,
  listen carefully and mingle during the coffee breaks.
  
  Don't focus on one single path of solution seeking.

  When will we hear about your experience following the
  for questions (advices)?
  
  It can be even a virtual conference as open as this group
  or a Skype chat with friends, colleagues or others.
