New Paint or New House? The Future Way
This time it won't be the 5-why-questions, that are bothering me personally.
In connection with bringing my own project (LockSchuppen, a CoWorking
space based on lean thinking principles) ahead, I often encounter un-
known areas where no clear answer is seen. That is probably also not un-
familiar to most of you dealing with change.

Sometimes it is helpful for the person who has initiated a project, in charge
of a change project, to ask the other people involved for help in form of
    feedback, advice and ideas.

That and the reflection about a workshop two weeks ago have led to putting
the following questions for us all to give feedback on where we would like to
see the group and ourselves within it in the future. The question also arises
how the gathered collective knowledge will be helpful for our very own per-
    sonal work and consulting practice.

The following questions are taken from Edgar Schein's newest book "Helping"
and seem suitable to open future opportunities.

    1. Who am I to be? What is my role in this group?

    2. How much control / influence will I have in this group?

    3. Will my goals / needs be met in this group?

    4. What will be the level of intimacy in this group?

Please answer the answers as you may like here in this thread (if somebody is aware
of how to make a close thread out of it in order to provide a "safe container" I am
happy to hear about it. I am not sure whether everybody of us would like to open
his/ her inner thinking to the "public").

Best regards from a rainy-looking and inspiring Dresden
