would have enjoyed it.
Today, command and control still rules. Especially in tough times
the organization role into their "snail houses", keeping closely to
themselves.
Collaboratively co-creating the future that the turmoil and changing
business world creates will be probably more valuable than sticking
to your own knowledge.
What it needs however is trust between the players in the game.
When have you last experienced true trust inside the corporate ladder?
What was it like? What the benefit? Could you replicate that experience
and what does it need to do that?
