...so what is the first step to create "free time"?
As an organizational innovator (as colleagues called me often;-)) I would say, "Use the common IT tools on your pc to make life on the bench easier!". Needs no invest, no extra learning, just using. - sometimes people can use a helping hand (for a really short while or specific question).
