    Hello All,

    I wonder if I could ask a question of the Group please?

    I have just joined Red Hat as a Senior Recruiter-engaged on a short term project to identify and attract experienced Linux/Red Hat Technical Support Executives.

    Although all of the roles I have are based from our Farnborough, UK offices, the reason I am making this enquiry is because we are looking for experienced Linux Professionals who are fluent in German and English.

    I have advertised on Monster(de) but with only limited results. My question is therefore, where is the best place to place an advert (other then Xing and Linked In) to attract experienced Linux Support Professionals, fluent in German and English. And do you feel I will get a better response if the advert is in German or English.

    All replies either via this forum or direct will be gratefully appreciated.
