  As businesses today need to rapidly adapt to changing market conditions, they are constantly looking for proven solutions that can help them better meet the complex challenges and changes in their industry. SMBs as well as large enterprises are nowadays more interested in technologies that help reduce costs or improve efficiency.
  
  Solution vendors or solution providers are keen on complementing your corporate business with carrier class messaging solution and quality support that will result in a positive outcome. Additionally, many have come up with flexible licensing schemes to address a cost effective strategy for short and long term collaborations.
  
  If you were to adapt your messaging communication to newer standards and current economic requirements, which would be the most important features or capabilities that will satisfy your business needs? Also, would you go ahead with an in-house mail server implementation or will hosted services do the trick?
