  I have just posted a short notice at https://www.xing.com/app/forum?op=showarticles;wsa=16788244.... on a recent decision of our Patents Court on the construction of technology licences which may interest colleagues here. The name of the case is Oxonica Energy Ltd v Neuftec Ltd [2008] EWHC 2127 (Pat) (05 September 2008) and you can go straight to the report at http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Patents/2008/2127.html.
