Future of Social Business - What Executives believe
Just before the end of the day I came across this interesting article & infographic about where executives believe social business will take us over the next few years.

This is based on the US only so the data should be taken accordingly. More so, if your business thinks about social business or general social media engagement be clear about the role in your total marketing mix, what you want to achieve and that social is a commitment - not a one off flirt.
