To have a global meeting point in Spanish on the Net is considered today by many business leaders an option that offers to them many opportunities, especially when the project is supported by MARTÍN SOTELO, one of the most outstanding Spanish Law firms. The possibility of sharing experiences with companies and organizations in the same direction, participating in initiatives and generating, in turn, contacts is a demonstration of courage and leadership in the promotion of universal principles and civic responsibility of companies.

Because we believe in creative capacity of the new entrepreneurs and, above all, because we believe in people, members of this group confirm it with their kind participation and presence, sharing the best of themselves.
Maximizing trade opportunities, broadening the entrepreneurial vision to embrace social dimension and implementing rules and practices of responsible management is now a necessity. Establishing practical solutions to contemporary problems related to globalization, corporate civism and sustainable development within a context of multiple interests is a task for everyone. Managing risk taking a rigorous and proactive stance on critical issues, promoting dialogue and participation of civil society (and not just the government) is also our interest.
All of it to improve corporate governance brand, morale and productivity of all the persons involved in companies, as well as their operational effectiveness, based on the principles of quality and excellence. This is MARTÍN SOTELO's proposal for building a global network of entrepreneurs in Spanish, which now embodied in this project, as a reference XING group in Spanish.
One group that, relying on the enormous human, cultural and economic potential of the Spanish-speaking area, is open to the World, to their different languages, cultures and systems, building bridges from Spain on the basis of a common goal: to be more and to be better, because we don't care too much how many we can be here, but rather the quality and intensity of our projects.
