Change International is currently searching for an HR Business Partner for our client in Oldenburg
Role Responsibilities
• Act as HR Business Partner for management and point of contact for all HR questions.
• Support the management with Change management and operational conflict management topics
• Support and advise the management with individual HR arrangements
• Support the management in the executive function i.e. initiation of development measures and anticipation of HR problems
• Take responsibility for complex projects and special tasks
Candidate Requirements
• University qualification
• Several years relevant experience in Human Resources
• Project experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Fluent German and English skills
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent social/negotiation skills
