    HR Manager.
    Change International is currently searching for an HR Manager for their client in Enkenbach-Alsenborn, Germany.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Leadership of the Human Resources function including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits and implementation of company policies and procedures
    • Negotiations with the works council
    • Support and advice for management in all Human Resources and related legal questions and processes
    • Cooperation and/or leadership of HR projects
    • Responsibility for regular, on-schedule salaries as well as cost centre and salary planning
    • Creation of regular HR reports for the Headquarters
    • Development of the relevant guidelines for the TS 16949 and cooperation in audits
    • Development and supervision of the SOX specification for Human Resources

    Candidate Requirements

    • Successful completion of a business or legal qualification with a focus on Human Resources or employment law
    • Relevant experience within a Human Resources function
    • Experience and knowledge of German employment law as well as experience of the works council
    • Knowledge and experience of Change Management and Organisational Development
    • Six Sigma Green belt qualification
    • Fluent German and English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
