This position reports to the Director HOS Process Leader - OD and is responsible for developing and guiding the organizational development efforts required to successfully deploy the Standard Implementation Framework in Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain. The position works in concert with other HOS resources, site-level leadership teams, and support functions; as well as contributes process and content improvements to the Honeywell Operating System. Working within a global team, this role will support multiple sites across the EMEA region to implement an operating system that will deliver wide spread culture change within Honeywell. The HR OD Leader will create and guide the organization development, effectiveness, change management, employee engagement, talent development and learning strategies within this Lean manufacturing framework.
Your ability to assess organizational effectiveness and determine intervention activities along with your strong influencing abilities will see you succeed in this role. Previous experience in implementing large-scale business changes in technology-based companies that have required a major shift in leadership work habits is necessary in this position. The Leader will have previous work experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments where he/she built relationships with shop floor to senior management and mobilized the team to deliver wide spread change strategies.
The ideal Leader will have a post graduate degree in Organizational Development or a related field and be a certified Lean Expert. Expected travel in this role is 50-75% of the time.
Responsibilities:
•Partner with other AERO HOS Resources, ISC Site Leader, HR Site Leader and HOS Site Leader in developing road map for HOS implementation and guide site leadership teams in effectively managing change.
•Lead multiple site implementations in various stages of HOS deployment. Coach and mentor site leadership to create, improve, and sustain a robust operating system to drive exceptional business results.
•Assess organizational gaps and determine appropriate intervention activities. Guide site leadership teams in implementing effective strategies to improve site performance.
•Train, coach and mentor employees at various levels of the organization involved in HOS implementation to build sustainable capability within the site.
•Execute and implement organizational changes aligned to support HOS including organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, communication plans, strategy and goal deployment, talent development, standardized processes, and measurement systems to assess progress.
•Contribute improvements to training materials, specifications, and deployment processes in coordination with Honeywell Corporate HOS Steering Council. Drive and participate in HOS best practice and knowledge sharing activities at the site, SBG, and CORP level.
•Monitor and assess sites' maturity and deployment performance. Provide guidance to address gaps and drive corrective action.
•Drive processes that link HOS learning programs to metrics that will allow for employee reward and recognition based high levels of employee engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
•University degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
•Experience in the field of organizational development, organizational effectiveness or leading large-system change.
Additional Qualifications:
•Experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain or technology-based businesses.
•Lean Expert trained; certification expected in first year.
•Travel requirements: 50- 75% of time.
