HR Services Area Manager – Basel (German language skills required)
Change International is currently assisting one of its clients with the recruitment of an HR Services Manager to cover the region Switzerland, France, Italy and Iberia
Role Responsibilities
• Enable development & deployment of new services, processes, policies and functions
• Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR processes
• Ensure the delivery of end to end services across the HR Target Operating Model
• Deliver escalation and issue resolution within the agreed governance
• Build best practices throughout the organisation
• Analyse problems and define action plans; learn from problems and ensure improvements
• Ensure appropriate change management activities within HR Transformation and HR Transformation projects
Candidate Requirements
• University Degree or equivalent experience
• > 5 years experience in HR operations in international company
• > 2 years experience with HR service management
• Experience in leading teams in more than one country
• Experience in organization transformation (strategy, people, process/ technology)
• Experience in leading change and transition programs
• Strong conceptual skills
• Strong relationship building capabilities
• Strong drive and delivery orientation
• Fluent German and English ESSENTIAL
