    Human Resources Generalist (f/m) - München - Softwarebranche
    We are a recruiting firm searching for a confidential client of ours. Our client is a leading developer of technical software – with more than 25 years experience and 2,000 employees worldwide.

    Products are used throughout the automotive, aerospace, communications, electronics, and industrial automation industries as fundamental tools for research and development.

    This position is located in Munich:

    Human Resources Generalist (f/m)

    This person is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources for 3 offices in Germany. This position is a member of a European HR team of 6, sharing the support for 450 staff members across Europe.

    Responsibilities:
    - Generalist responsibilities include supporting a variety of human resources programs and policies, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, onboarding and training. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and will focus on service delivery within assigned offices.
    - You will also have responsibility for driving the recruiting process in assigned locations.
    - You will be required to manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and closing candidates with a high emphasis on quality.

    Qualifications Required:
    - BS Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field required.
    - Minimum 5 years Human Resource generalist experience involving recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
    - Experience in a software or high tech company preferred.
    - Experience using multiple recruiting sources, including cold calling and Web
    - Strong Microsoft office skills, writing, and facilitation skills required
    - Understanding of employment laws and regulations
    - Strong written and verbal German and English language skills required
