    Change International is currently searching for an experience HR generalist for their client in Heidelberg

    Role Responsibilities

    • Independent care and support of employees in the company Headquarters
    • Point of contact for management and employees in all contractual, legal and related employment queries
    • Cooperation in HR projects e.g. Graduate recruitment, employee welfare
    • Responsibility for planning and execution of recruitment activities
    • HR administration responsibilities e.g. employment contracts, testimonies
    • Preparation and execution of salary processes for employees in the Headquarters
    • Cooperation and Collaboration with the workers council

    Candidate Requirements

    • Successful University qualification, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Advisor, ideally within an international industrial company
    • Excellent knowledge of German employment law
    • Fluent German and English language skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR
    • Result orientated approach
