Change International is currently searching for a Personalreferent for their international client in Munich. We are searching for confident candidates with a hands-on mentality for a 2 year contract position.
Role Responsibilities
• Systematic and continuous HR support
• Support in the selection of qualified applicants through interviews, consultation and contract formation
• Care and support of designated departments in all HR issues
• Functional/operational HR work
• Creation, management and implementation of HR development and employer marketing projects
Candidate Requirements
• Successfully completed studies and 3-6 years of relevant HR experience ideally in an IT or Software company
• Candidate interview experience and strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication skill
• Fluent German and English
