  Senior Comp + Ben Survey Consultant - Zurich

  Change International are currently assisting one of their clients with the recruitment of their senior compensation and benefits survey consultant based in Zurich, Switzerland.
  
  The Role:
  
  • Contribute to the expansion of a high quality and market leading compensation information database and data related consulting services.
  • Market and promote the company compensation surveys and databases directly to clients
  • Build sustainable client relationships, based on survey participant recruitment, communications, client management and post survey participant follow up activities.
  • Conduct compensation surveys, create, analyse and interpret survey results, together with colleagues across Europe.
  • Contribute to client projects in the area of HR and reward consulting.
  
  Your Profile:
  
  • 3-5 years experience in HR/Compensation Surveys, Consulting and/or sales is an advantage
  • Solution oriented with strong customer focus
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Very good written and oral skills in English and German, French is an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Enjoy working in a team oriented environment.
