    Senior Rewards + compensation consultant - Zurich,
    Change International are currently assisting one of their clients with the recruitment of their Senior Rewards / Compensation Consultant based in Zurich, Switzerland.

    The Role:

    In this position you will further develop the business by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities with new clients. You will extend your areas of expertise by project managing and delivering HR consulting assignments with the clients, working together with colleagues across Europe and globally.

    Your Profile:

    • Min 5. years experience in HR / Compensation consulting or corporate HR / Compensation function.
    • Experience in managing rewards projects, rewards and compensation strategy design, job
    evaluation/levelling, salary structures and management, performance management, incentive/short and long term variable pay design, pay benchmarking, executive compensation.
    • Successful management of mid-size and large projects
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
    • Business development and client interactions affinity
    • Credible at senior management level
    • Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, high level of energy and inspiration
    • Language skills: English and German Fluent – French beneficial
    • Willing to travel
