Area Zinc : online art magazine : Special Issue 2nd Anniversary" Jul/09
The quarterly online contemporary art magazine Area Zinc (http://www.area-zinc.com) presents its Special Issue "2nd Anniversary".

Area Zinc is a quarterly online art magazine, centred on international and contemporary art, with each of its issues focusing on a particular topic.

We already exhibit artworks by +400 artists from all over the world, and collaborate with several galleries; one from madrid (espacio kubico), one from vietnam (aromadd gallery), another one from alicante (spain), also one from berlin (komet galerie) and the last one, thavibu, from bangkok. they have kindly sent us images from their artists to participate on the previous issues.

As it's a Special Issue, we have also included a text by David Cano - editor in chief of the spanish cultural agenda Notodo.com

We have received such a large and great quality of artists (+200), that we have decided to "split" in two the issue. in this way, we'll have during july the first part and in august, the second one.

In this first part of the Special Issue can be found works of:

- adrià fruitós (spain)
- jirapat tatsanasomboon (thailand)
- bob dob (united states)
- gwen wong (united states)
- valeria myrusso (ukraine)

Besides, some works from artists of the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Serbia, Chile, France among other countries, are also present.

We'll also have a contest among our visitors and we have also decided to have two winners - the artist most voted in each month, will have a Solo Exhibition, having the opportunity to exhibit more than 20 artworks + interview, at the end of the year.

We'll open the callings for the next issue pretty soon if you or some of your friends are interested.
