  Dear Gentle Readers,
  
  In the serenity of the early morn, the deer suddenly appear ephemeral, elfin creatures, around the Shilhay pool.
  Rivulets of ice sparkle, in the hoar rimmed grasses; as the light, diaphanous, reveals, then hiding by degrees, their silken presence.
  Their grace and gentler manner permeate this scene, holding me in gentle reverie, as my pen glides across the paper revealing in line, their innate grace…..”A Dartmoor Idyll”, one of the images, in this varied group of my art works…
