MedCom Research Community

MedCom 2009 is the first Inter-Mediterranean Simposium on Public Relations which will took place the 13th and 14th November 2009 in Catania (Sicily – Italy) at the University of Catania.

The primary mission of the Inter-Mediterranean symposium, organized by CERPMED (Study and Research Centre on Public Relations in the Mediterranean area), is to provide a venue for those who work in the public relations field, first of all practitioners, universities and companies belonging to the Mediterranean area. MedCom symposium aims to offer an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and perspectives about public relations practice in all its forms, a chance to share conceptual perspectives, empirical findings, or case studies related to the field of communication and public relations. As an international symposium, MedCom welcomes public relations practitioners, university professors, researchers and students who have the interest in the subject proposed by the symposium.

The idea of the network is that participants of MedCom as well as other academics and professionals with interest on the Mediterranean region can get connected and exchange their research easily.
