The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences is now accepting entries for the 2006 International Emmy Awards. Entries for the eleven Award categories are now opened for submission online at www.iemmys.tv/entry.html. Deadline is April 3rd, 2006. Entries can be submitted in the following categories: For News: Breaking News and Continuing News Coverage. For Performance: Best Performance by an Actress and Best Performance by an Actor For Programs: Arts Programming; Children & Young People; Comedy; Documentary; Drama Series; Non-Scripted Entertainment and TV Movie/Mini-Series. The International Emmy Awards Gala will be held on November 20, 2006, in New York City. The International Emmy World Television Festival will take place November 19 & 20.
