MEMUNITY - The MEMS Test Community

The MEMUNITY was founded as a communication plattform for test and reliability issues of MEMS and MOEMS.

As a information and communication group MEMUNITY likes to address everbody who is involved in the area and is interested in information, likes to exchange knowledge or have no new ideas.

MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems) are quite common today. Talking about automotives, air planes, mobile phones or consumer electronics. MEMS are involved in many different applications.

Next to the the manufacturing of microsystems the topic of "test and reliability" becomes more and more important. At the same time the question of WEN is most important. Should I perform the test in a early state (wafer level) or when the system is already packaged? Which equipment is available in the market and which tasked are coming in the future? Which experiences have others made so far?

Anyway, this topics are very important and so MEMUNITY is not only present at the OpenBC. The MEMUNITY organized several workshops and trainings so far. Therefore we are working together with other companies, organisations and institutes in the area of MEMS.
