    The international Group ‘MATERNA Communications’ (brand ‘Anny Way’),
    a worldwide leading software company in the fields of mobile and fixed telecom value-added services and applications,
    strengthens its sales and business development activities
    in the BeNeLux.

    MATERNA is a German based software company, privately owned, profitable and rapidely growing, with a 1.200 staff worldwide and about 140 m€ turnover in 2005.

    MATERNA aims at developing, selling and implementing software based solutions under the brand ‘Anny Way’, either through on-site software licenses sales or under an ASP business model by hosting and operating its solutions from the Headquartered Datacenter in Dortmund.

    MATERNA’s portfolio is made of software products suites, middleware platforms, core network elements, MVNE services, which all deliver value-added services and applications to the mobile and fixed telecom B2B market, based on technologies such as SMS, MMS, premium, mJava, IVR, WAP and WEB.

    We are looking for our Sales & Business Development Manager BeNeLux. You will strengthen a light/flexible France-BeNeLux regional team, supported by a strong international Group. Based in Belgium, you will share your time between Belgium and the Netherlands, in close contact with the regional manager in France and the Headquarters in Germany.

    Your mission consists of the identification of new business opportunities with exsiting customers and prospects to be identified, in order to enlarge, develop and perpetuate the sales and operational activities of Anny Way in the BeNeLux, both through direct sales and together with partners.

    Your responsibilities include all phases of a system sales cycle : active prospection of customers, partners and new prospects ; efficient lobbying and development of business relationship ; identification and analysis of customers/prospects’ needs ; drafting and negotiation of commercial proposals and business plans up to contract signature ; full account management during production phase…

    Your objectives are defined annually, based on the generated gross margin ; an important aspect however is the enlargement of the customer base (prospects/projects), particularly, at start, in the Netherlands.

    You have a university or engineering degree or equivalent.
    You have acquired 2 to 5 years sales and business development experience in the fields of mobile telecom networks, services and/or applications.
    You are familiar with Anny Way’s key market targets such as mobile telecom operators, service providers, MVNO/MVNEs, system integrators, hosting companies, Portals, ISPs, handset manufacturers, content providers and aggregators, etc...
    You are a real business ‘hunter’ with an aggressive sales drive, you have a proactive and self-driven mentality, showing pugnacity and persistence. You are organised, structured and dependable. You appreciate a much independent work environment.
    Your native language is Dutch ; you are fluent in French and English ; some knowledge of German would be appreciated.

    We offer :

    Job status : full time permanent
    Location : either office available in Brussels or home-office
    Annual gross salary about 65 k€ including 25% non-capped bonus scheme upon objectives

    Well seems very interesting, unfortunately I'm not a Dutch Native or a European Passport Holder, Yet if any company is looking to fill such a position in the MENA region I'll be more than glad to discuss this opportunity further.
    I have more than 10 years experience in the Gulf with ISP, Mobile Operators, Public Sector, Municipalities, and Private Sector; excellent relations with Systems Integrators and Content Managers (Vignette).
