Hello,
I´m looking for a cheap flat in Moscow. Yesterday i got an offer of a 50 m2 flat for only 450 Euro in the south of the town.
Can anyone answer me if this is a good offer or maybe this is a trick. I had to answer till monday and i never found such an offer. All the other flats are more expensive than this. But for the first month or the first year this wouldt be enough.
Thanks for any information
Christoph

Hello Christoph,
I'm renting a flat on the east part of Moscow. It's around 40m2 and price is 25T RUB ( around 600 EUR)
This is not so expensive...
Sergey.

IMHO it´s too cheap to be thruth. Such cheap flats can be found only among friends. Normal price to rent is 600-800 Euro.

Hello,
I agree that such cheep flats can be found only through friends. To be honest me and my wife we rent a two room flat in South-East Moscow region for 480EUR, that is about 35km from Moscow center. In any case my advice is that you should always be careful.

I suppose, it is an error or a trick. No one will make price which is cheaper for 50% than average market price. Good Luck.
